Mindfulness in our Schools
The Mindfulness Curriculum for Bnos Yisroel is a yearlong curriculum that can be integrated in any classroom. It can be used across schools or by individual teachers.
Schools involved in this curriculum can expect to receive the following:

Weekly 40-minute lessons, including teaching notes, handouts as needed, suggested scripts, suggested activities, suggested home practice, suggested daily practice

Guidebook including what is mindfulness, dealing with resistance, benefits for students, benefits for teachers, etc.

Orientation for teachers (~2 hours)

Trainings for teachers (up to 3 sessions per academic year, 1-2 hours each)

Individual teacher consultation (up to 4 hours per month)

Google-site for teachers to write about experiences, brainstorm, troubleshoot, etc. and for resources
